The Berkeley Farm Project

What We Do

Our team of staff and volunteers support clients – many of whom are adults with learning difficulties such as autism - to complete various tasks on the farm throughout the day. Jobs may include cleaning out the chicken coops or rabbit hutches, feeding the goat or repotting some plants for sale in the nursery.

We empower and challenge them to do something active and worthwhile with their time, to feel they are of value and to be part of a community in which they can thrive. Our clients’ families and carers can feel confident that while they are at the farm they are happy, safe and busy.

Berkeley Farm: The Day to Day...

Take a look at what day to day life is like on the farm, meet the people that attend the farm and those that created it. Learn about the farm's history, ideals and understand the importance of the work taking place at the farm.
